Knoxville Real Estate Blog: Using a Professional Photographer

Using a Professional Photographer

I am so happy that I finally made the transition from taking property pictures to hiring a person that actually knows what they are doing.  I recently listed a magnificant commercial property that was an art gallery and a chiropractor's office.

The photographer used a Nikon digital, knew all the right angles, utilized lighting so well, and processed the photos with excellent skill.  I was so happy with the results.

Honestly, I don't think I will ever do the photos myself again.  The difference is obvious.

The photograher chose shots that I would have never considered.  She absolutely made the space look incredible.  I think she made the sellers money with those photos.

I have wised up in other areas as well.  I have paid a graphic designer to do some really professional marketing material for me.  I use a local printer to process my flyers.

I am able to relax and believe that I will present a quality product to the public and to potential clients.
